Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix together ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt.

  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them well with the spice mixture.

  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the coated chicken wings and cook for 5 minutes on each side, until browned.

  5. Transfer the chicken wings to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
