- 2 cups chickpea flour
- 1 cup spinach, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Water, as needed
- Ghee or oil, for cooking

In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, spinach, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Gradually add water while mixing to form a soft dough. Knead for a few minutes to ensure the ingredients are well incorporated.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into chapatis using a rolling pin.

Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Cook each chapati on both sides, applying ghee or oil, until golden brown spots appear.
