Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 6 sheets phyllo pastry, thawed
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese, onion, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Brush a 9×9 inch baking dish with melted butter.

Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry in the dish and brush with melted butter. Repeat with two more sheets, brushing each with melted butter.

Spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly over the phyllo pastry.

Layer three more sheets of phyllo pastry on top, brushing each with melted butter.

Trim any excess phyllo pastry hanging over the sides of the dish.

Brush the top sheet with melted butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Allow to cool for a few minutes, then cut into squares or triangles and serve.
