Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and green bell pepper.

Add the Kalamata olives and feta cheese to the bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
