Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper, red onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the dried oregano, dried basil, cherry tomatoes, and kalamata olives to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss everything together. Cook for 2 minutes to heat the chicken through.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss well with the chicken and vegetables. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat the pasta.

Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
