How To Make Wiener Schnitzel

Ingredients
- 4 veal cutlets
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Dredge each cutlet in flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Fry the breaded cutlets for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
