- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
-
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
-
Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken is heated through.
-
Serve the Klump Recipe with a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.
