- 1 pie crust
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup of shredded Gruyere cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie dish.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
