How To Make Blueberry & Lemon Croissant Bake

Ingredients
- 4 croissants, sliced in half
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

Arrange the bottom halves of the croissants in the baking dish and sprinkle half of the blueberries over the croissants.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, granulated sugar, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Pour the custard mixture over the croissants and blueberries, making sure all croissants are soaked.

Place the remaining blueberries on top of the custard.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the custard is set and the croissants are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
