- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup sliced kiwi
- 1 cup sliced mango
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites on high speed until stiff peaks form.

Gradually add the sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat the eggs until glossy and thick.

Gently fold in the vanilla extract, cornstarch, and white vinegar.

Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round disc.

Bake for 90 minutes or until the pavlova is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Turn off the oven and leave the pavlova to cool completely in the oven with the door slightly ajar.
