- 2 cups sweet corn kernels
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 1 egg, lightly beaten

In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add corn kernels, diced chicken, green onions, carrots, celery, peas, soy sauce, salt, and white pepper.
