- 4 cups Chinese cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- For the dressing:
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro. Toss well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
