These crispy pancakes are made with Chinese cabbage and make a perfect appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of Chinese cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, flour, water, vegetable oil and salt until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8 balls and flatten each one into a pancake shape.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
