How To Make Chinese Cabbage and Pork Stir-Fry Recipe
A delicious combination of tender pork and crunchy Chinese cabbage stir-fried together with flavorful seasonings.

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 head of Chinese cabbage, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch.

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add pork and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.

Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add cabbage and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes or until tender.

Pour in the soy sauce mixture and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
