Ingredients
- 1 Chinese cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, and white vinegar.

Heat sesame oil in a large pan and add garlic. Sauté for a few seconds.

Add chopped Chinese cabbage, sliced shiitake mushrooms, and the soy sauce mixture. Stir-fry for 10 minutes on medium-high heat.

Season with salt and pepper.
