- 2 cups of thinly sliced Chinese cabbage
- 1 cup of grated carrot
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp of rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the Chinese cabbage, grated carrot, and chopped cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.
