Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, vegetable oil, black pepper, salt, and lime juice.

Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.

Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken into thin strips.

Serve the grilled lemongrass chicken with steamed rice or noodles.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.
