Ingredients
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, and pineapple juice.

In a separate bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water until smooth.

Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and boils.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
