- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch until well combined.

In a saucepan, heat the chicken broth, garlic, and ginger over medium heat.

Pour in the soy sauce mixture and stir well.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before using in stir-fried dishes.
