Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb fresh tuna, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey. Mix well.

Add diced tuna to the sauce mixture and let marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated tuna and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until it reaches the desired level of doneness.

Divide cooked rice into bowls. Top with spicy tuna, cucumber slices, green onions, avocado slices, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
