Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.

Add the beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.

Serve the spicy beef bulgogi over steamed rice.
