Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.

Place a sheet of nori on a sushi mat or a clean kitchen towel.

Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking and take a handful of rice.

Spread the rice evenly on the nori, leaving about an inch of space at the top.

Place your desired fillings (cucumber, carrot, avocado) in a row in the middle of the rice.

Using the sushi mat or towel, roll the sushi tightly, applying gentle pressure.

Wet a sharp knife with water and slice the sushi roll into bite-sized pieces.

Repeat steps 2-7 with the remaining ingredients.
