How To Make Malaysian Kaya Toast
A delightful breakfast staple in Malaysia made with coconut jam and toasted bread.

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 tablespoons of kaya (coconut jam)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk
- Salt
Instructions

Toast bread until golden brown.

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread, followed by kaya on the other side.

In a bowl, whisk eggs and sweetened condensed milk until frothy.

Heat a pan on medium heat and add a pinch of salt.

Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides.

Place the bread on the hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
