Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
- 1 head lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook ground chicken over medium heat until browned.

Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the chicken and garlic.

Stir well and cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions, cilantro, and peanuts.

Spoon the mixture onto individual lettuce leaves, rolling them up like a wrap.
