How To Make Steamed Asian Fish with Ginger Recipe
A light and healthy dish bursting with Asian flavors, perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 fillets of white fish, such as tilapia or cod
- 4 slices of ginger
- 4 scallions, sliced
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of rice wine
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
Instructions

Place fish fillets in a heatproof dish and top each fillet with a slice of ginger and some sliced scallions.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil. Drizzle over the fish.

Bring water to a boil in a steamer. Carefully place the heatproof dish in the steamer and cover with a lid. Steam for 10-15 minutes or until the fish is white and flaky.

Remove from heat and serve immediately.
