- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the sliced cucumbers to the bowl and toss until well coated in the dressing.

Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds. Mix well.
