Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups Wisconsin cheese curds
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions

Preheat grill or skillet.

Mix ground beef, salt, and pepper and form into 4 patties.

Grill or cook patties until cooked through (about 5-7 minutes per side).

Top each patty with a handful of cheese curds and let melt for 1-2 minutes.

Toast hamburger buns and spread mayo on each.
