A juicy burger topped with crispy Wisconsin cheese curds, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups Wisconsin cheese curds
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet.

  2. Mix ground beef, salt, and pepper and form into 4 patties.

  3. Grill or cook patties until cooked through (about 5-7 minutes per side).

  4. Top each patty with a handful of cheese curds and let melt for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Toast hamburger buns and spread mayo on each.

  6. Add cooked patty and cheese curds onto bun, top with lettuce and tomato.
