- 2 large onions, cut into rings

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip onion rings in buttermilk then coat them in the flour mixture.
- Next, coat the onion rings in panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry the onion rings in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels, then serve and enjoy!
