How To Make Culver’s Mushroom Swiss Burger
Juicy beef patty topped with sautéed mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and served on a toasted bun.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 hamburger buns
- Condiments of your choice
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Shape mixture into four equal-sized patties.

Brush patties with olive oil.

Grill patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your preference.

Top each patty with one slice of Swiss cheese.

In a separate pan, sauté sliced mushrooms on medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes or until tender.

Toast hamburger buns on the grill and assemble burgers with mushrooms. Add condiments as desired.
