Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 hamburger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Divide the ground beef into 4 equal parts and shape into patties.

Season the patties with salt and pepper.

Grill the burgers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.

Place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and let it melt.

Spread a tablespoon of butter on each bun and toast them on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
