Ingredients
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
Instructions

Rinse rice in a fine-mesh strainer and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt coconut oil over medium heat.
