How To Make Coconut Milk Popsicles

These popsicles are creamy, tropical and perfect for a hot summer day!

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

  2. Blend until smooth and pour the mixture into 4 popsicle molds.

  3. Sprinkle shredded coconut into each mold, and insert popsicle sticks.

  4. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.

  5. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles.
