Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, brown sugar and salt.

Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.

Reduce heat to low and cook for 20-25 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Let it cool before serving.
