How To Make Coconut Milk and Lime Sorbet Recipe
A refreshing summer sorbet with tropical flavors of coconut and lime.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 can (13.5 oz) of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice
- Zest of 1 lime
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a blender, combine the cooled sugar syrup, coconut milk, lime juice, zest, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions, about 25-30 minutes.

Transfer sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Scoop and serve garnished with additional lime zest.
