Ingredients
- 6 oz dark chocolate chips
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Melt the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.

Slowly pour the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture, whisking constantly.

In a separate mixing bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Whip the heavy cream and vanilla in another bowl until thick and fluffy.

Fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.

Then, fold in the whipped cream.

Pour the mousse into 4 serving glasses.
