How To Make Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Pie

This decadent pie combines rich dark chocolate and smooth salted caramel for a perfect dessert indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Bake pie crust for 10 minutes and remove from oven.

  3. In a double boiler, melt dark chocolate chips with heavy cream, stirring occasionally.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of caramel sauce and 1/2 tsp of sea salt.

  5. Pour the caramel mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly across the bottom.

  6. Beat 2 eggs together and add to the dark chocolate mixture, stirring until fully combined.

  7. Pour the dark chocolate mixture over the caramel layer in the pie crust.

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is set.

  9. Allow the pie to cool to room temperature before serving.
