How To Make Chocolate Cherry Pie Recipe
A decadent dessert made with rich chocolate and sweet cherries in a flaky crust.

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted and halved
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Roll out pie crust and transfer to a 9-inch pie dish. Trim edges and crimp.

In a large bowl, combine chocolate chips, sugar, flour, and salt. Stir to mix.

In a small saucepan, heat cream until just simmering. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Pour cream mixture over chocolate mixture and stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

Fold in cherries and pour mixture into prepared pie crust.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until filling is set and crust is golden brown.

Let cool to room temperature before serving.
