Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add chilled butter and mix with your hands until it resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and add heavy cream and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.

Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and mix until just combined.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface and form a circle about 3/4 inch thick.

Cut into 8 wedges and place onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
