How To Make Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe
These muffins are soft, fluffy and loaded with rich chocolate chips. Perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack.

Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line muffin cups with paper liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the egg and then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine.

Pour the wet ingredients over the flour mixture and mix until just combined (don’t overmix!).

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
