How To Make Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Creamy vanilla ice cream with chunks of chocolate chips that melt in your mouth.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of milk
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, heat the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla extract until it’s almost boiling.

Remove from the heat and let it cool down for a few minutes.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

During the last 5 minutes of churning, add in the chocolate chips.

Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
