Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pan.

In another bowl, beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add in vanilla extract.

Stir in chocolate chips and pour mixture into the crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.

Let the cheesecake cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
