How To Make Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Sweet, moist banana bread with plenty of chocolate chips baked in.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract.

Add baking soda and salt, mix well.

Add flour and mix until just combined.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth top.

Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
