How To Make Chocolate Candy Cupcakes
Rich chocolate cupcakes topped with a sweet candy frosting.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup candy sprinkles
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a muffin tin with 4 liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and granulated sugar.

In a small bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fill each muffin liner about 3/4 full with batter.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.

In a medium bowl, beat powdered sugar and butter together until light and fluffy.

Spread frosting onto cooled cupcakes and sprinkle candy sprinkles on top.
