  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh green beans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Season chicken breasts with dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  5. Remove the skillet from the heat. Add lemon slices, cherry tomatoes, and green beans around the chicken.

  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

  7. Serve the chicken with a side of roasted lemon slices, cherry tomatoes, and green beans.
