- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup tamari sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together tamari sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and cornstarch until well combined.

Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them, making sure to coat each thigh evenly.

Bake the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

While the chicken is baking, baste the thighs with the sauce every 5 minutes.

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes.

Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Serve the sticky tamari and honey chicken thighs over cooked rice.
