How To Make Sticky Chicken & Chorizo Skewers

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 8oz chorizo, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions

In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add chicken chunks to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken and chorizo slices onto the soaked wooden skewers.

Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until chicken is cooked through.

Brush the skewers with the remaining marinade while cooking for extra flavor.

Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
