Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over each chicken breast. Top with fresh spinach leaves.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the spinach is wilted.
