Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, ginger paste, chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, turmeric powder, and salt.

Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well. Allow it to marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Preheat the grill or grill pan on medium-high heat.

Cook the marinated chicken for about 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.

Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
