Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into pieces
- 1 small red onion, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Skewers
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Add chicken chunks to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight for maximum flavor).

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Thread marinated chicken, bell peppers, and red onions onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient.

Grill the kebabs for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred.
