Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 8 small tortillas
- Taco toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, etc.
Instructions

In a shallow bowl, whisk together flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

Dip chicken breasts into the flour mixture, pressing firmly to coat thoroughly.

Fry the chicken in hot oil for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove chicken from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
